Summary: The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (AWS) role is a 2-3 month contract position based in Sheffield, focusing on migrating a SaaS application from a VPS to AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS Cloud migrations and a strong knowledge of MySQL, with additional skills in PHP or Laravel being advantageous. This position offers a hybrid/remote working arrangement and is exempt from IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a plan, manage and execute the migration of a SaaS application from a VPS to AWS Cloud.
• Assess the current infrastructure and create a detailed migration plan.
• Provide technical guidance on Cloud Architecture.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience of AWS Cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL.
• Experience with PHP or Laravel is highly advantageous.
