About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cloud/Infrastructure Business Analyst to join a high-impact infrastructure transformation project. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, complex cloud and infrastructure initiatives, driving essential improvements across systems and operations.
The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, expertise in infrastructure projects, and the ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for cloud and infrastructure transformation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of system migrations and upgrades.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies to support infrastructure initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align business objectives with technical solutions.
- Define and document As-Is and To-Be processes, ensuring clear communication between all parties involved.
- Support testing phases by defining requirements, assisting with test cases, and tracking defects.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on cloud/infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with technologies like Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure migrations, including networks, Servers, and storage.
- Exceptional requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in industries such as logistics, transport, utilities, or other relevant sectors (preferred but not essential).
