Summary: The Cloud IAM Support Engineer role involves providing specialized support for identity and access management solutions, particularly focusing on Entra ID and Okta integrations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Entra ID and Okta integrations
  • Manage Active Directory sync/integration
  • Assist with CloudStrike integration
  • Provide support for Entra ID RBAC and PIM
  • Administer Entra ID users and dynamic groups
  • Oversee Entra ID Enterprise apps and Service Principles
  • Support Okta SSO integrations

Key Skills:

  • Experience with Entra ID
  • Knowledge of Okta
  • Active Directory sync/integration skills
  • Familiarity with CloudStrike integration
