Our Insurance client is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join them on a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for aiding the creation, development, and support of a new AWS Workspace environment. This project will involve integrating the new Windows 11, AWS-hosted environment with the company's JML processes into ServiceNow via defined APIs.
Accountabilities:
- Work as part of a multi-disciplined cloud engineering team to deliver new a AWS Workspace environment
- Support the design, implementation of new design removing CITRIX from the AWS environment including OS Configuration, security baseline, MECM/Intune deployment of application packages and security management
- Document support documents for Support and end users.
- Support migration of end users from the old platform to the new platform.
