Summary: The Cloud Consultant role is a 6-month contract position focused on delivering high-quality Microsoft Azure solutions within an IT Services Provider. The consultant will engage with customers to identify requirements, utilize DevOps processes for IaaS and PaaS services, and collaborate with the Cloud Platform Team on documentation and technical designs. Essential qualifications include Microsoft Azure certification and experience in secure Azure technologies, with a preference for candidates with financial services experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and identify solutions and opportunities.
• Use DevOps processes and tooling for the delivery of IaaS and PaaS services using Infrastructure as Code.
• Collaborate with the Cloud Platform Team to produce and contribute to high-quality documentation.
• Contribute to technical designs, identify issues, and provide resolutions to both technical and non-technical teams.

Key Skills:

• Experience in delivering secure and high-performing Azure technologies and solutions.
• Microsoft Azure Certified.
• Financial services experience (highly desirable).
• Experience with DevOps practices, including delivery, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
• Excellent communication skills to convey the impacts of technical challenges and opportunities.
