Summary: The role of Cloud Architect involves leading a major transformation project for a professional services client, focusing on migrating reporting to the cloud using Microsoft Fabric and developing a new CRM system in Dynamics. The architect will also be responsible for documenting the architecture and ensuring compliance with security and data handling standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing the full Azure-based architecture
- Mapping data flows, building integration pipelines, and defining network/security layers
- Documenting how the system will work in Azure (Dynamics, Power Platform, API Management, Service Bus)
- Planning integration with downstream systems
- Ensuring compliance with security, compliance, and data handling standards
Key Skills:
- Proven Azure & Dynamics CRM/CMI architecture experience
- Strong data integration skills (Fabric, Data Factory, Synapse, Service Bus)
- Identity/security design expertise (Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Peaple Talent are working with a professional services client on a major transformation to take all reporting to the cloud with Microsoft Fabric and build a brand-new CRM system in Dynamics that integrates seamlessly into finance and ERP.
We need a hands-on Technical Architect who can turn complex business needs into (documented) clear, scalable, and secure Azure-based solutions.
You’ll be doing things like:
- Designing the full Azure-based architecture
- Mapping data flows, building integration pipelines, and defining network/security layers
- Documenting how the system will work in Azure (Dynamics, Power Platform, API Management, Service Bus – the lot)
- Planning integration with downstream systems
- Making sure everything meets security, compliance, and data handling standards
You’ll need:
- Proven Azure & Dynamics CRM/CMI architecture experience
- Strong data integration chops (Fabric, Data Factory, Synapse, Service Bus)
- Identity/security design expertise (Entra ID / Azure AD)
- The ability to speak fluent “tech” and “stakeholder”
