Summary: The role of CLM Implementation Project Manager involves leading a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) programme, specifically focusing on the implementation of the Luminance system. The position requires immediate direction and expertise to stabilize delivery and ensure the successful rollout of this critical business system. The candidate will engage with stakeholders and drive project progress while mitigating risks. This is a contract position based in Central London with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take over and lead the existing Luminance CLM implementation programme
• Assess the current state of the project and define a clear recovery plan
• Engage stakeholders across business and technical teams to realign priorities
• Drive delivery, governance, and progress reporting
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues to bring the project back on track
• Ensure successful implementation aligned to business needs

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering CLM implementations
• Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management systems and processes
• Experience/knowledge of Luminance system (highly desirable)
• Solid project delivery experience across complex programmes
• Ability to step into challenged projects and drive turnaround strategies
• Experience working with trading companies and trading contracts
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
