  • Negotiation: Proven capability in negotiating project budgets and contracts.
  • Systems Proficiency: Knowledgeable in procurement systems and operational processes (e.g., Contracting, eSourcing, Spot Buying).
  • Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Language: Business-level fluency in English.
