Summary: MM360 Limited is seeking self-employed Clinical Pharmacists to join their bank of clinicians, providing clinical pharmacy services across multiple GP practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services across multiple sites within a primary care/GP environment.

- Develop, produce, and review policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to clinical pharmacy practices.
- Audit clinical pharmacy work to ensure high standards and compliance with current best practices.

- Act as a point of contact for queries from clinical pharmacists within the team, offering problem-solving and support.
