Summary: MM360 Limited is seeking self-employed Clinical Pharmacists to join their bank of clinicians, providing clinical pharmacy services across multiple GP practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services across multiple sites within a primary care/GP environment.
- Lead and direct a team of clinical pharmacists, offering guidance, support, and expertise.
- Develop, produce, and review policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to clinical pharmacy practices.
- Audit clinical pharmacy work to ensure high standards and compliance with current best practices.
- Oversee drug monitoring and ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for queries from clinical pharmacists within the team, offering problem-solving and support.
- Ensure that clinical services are delivered in line with organisational goals and statutory regulations.
Key Skills:
- Mandatory registration with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Masters degree in pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent.
- Completion of 18-month CPPE pathway or equivalent.
