Working on a part-time basis (3-4 days per week), you will manage a caseload of approximately 30 claimant matters. The successful candidate will handle a range of complex and rewarding cases, including misdiagnosis claims, psychiatric injury matters and fatal accident claims. You will take responsibility for progressing files independently, whilst benefiting from the support and guidance of experienced senior lawyers. Responsibilities will include gathering and analysing evidence, identifying legal issues, preparing schedules of loss, witness statements and Particulars of Claim, instructing Counsel and medical experts, liaising with defendants and delivering a consistently high standard of client care throughout the litigation process.
