Summary: The Clinical Logistics Associate plays a vital role in coordinating logistics for clinical trials, ensuring the smooth delivery of critical therapies. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including clinical trial personnel and external vendors, under the supervision of the Clinical Operations Logistics Manager. The role requires a proactive approach to support logistics management and administrative functions related to clinical trials. Candidates must have the right to work in the specified location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support management and delivery of cell journey logistics courier bookings, as directed by Clinical Logistics Manager
- Cell Order bookings
- Program Administrative functions, as required
- May be asked to communicate or report out study enrolment metrics
- Ad hoc member of clinical trial study teams
- Engages Contract Research Organizations to facilitate study start up processes
- Required to reconcile CoI and CoC
- Provides training to site personnel
- Tracks and prepares cell journey information utilizing databases, spreadsheets, and other tools
- Ensures traceability and audit/inspection readiness of all Clinical Logistics processes
- Utilizes vendor/supplier systems to place relevant orders
- Travel only as and when required (less than 0.5%)
- Other duties as assigned
Key Skills:
- At a minimum high school diploma and 2+ years of relevant administrative, or clinical or logistics experience
- Detail oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in any bookkeeping, inventory or other ERP process a plus
- Organized, prioritizes workload, and manages time well
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

R&D Partners is working alongside a pharmaceutical company seeking a Clinical Logistics Associate to join our client's team on a contract basis. The Clinical Logistics Associate is responsible for providing support to the Clinical Logistics team. In doing so, this role collaborates with several cross functional stakeholders, including clinical trial personnel, Clinical Operations and external vendors. This role reports to the Clinical Operations Logistics Manager. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
