Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
- Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
- Facilitate onsite customer training of new equipment.
- Effectively manages instrument implementations projects; assisting customers to perform instrument verification studies.
- Analyze verification study data and prepare statistical reports.
- Present verification data to the customer.
- Complete required documentation according to policies and procedures.
- Work with internal resources and the customer to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure new instrument implementations are completed to meet timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate effective working relationships with external and internal customers.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience utilizing IT systems and processes.
- Understanding of hospital IT practices and procedures strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Software & Cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently or in groups in person or remote.
- Ability to travel regionally or nationally as needed (approximately 50% travel).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite, Service Based Software, CRM, and EP Evaluator.
- An active driver’s license and a personal vehicle for commuting to assignments within three hours of home are required.

Job Description - Endoscopy Technical Qualified Clinical Application Specialist Consultants (NHD- Non-Health Degree Professional) will be responsible for providing technical and end-user support for an Endoscopy medical device system. Technical support includes delivering operator training at customer facilities, providing on-site instrument implementation assistance, technical liaison, and support sales team efforts.
Responsibilities :
- Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
- Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
- Facilitate onsite customer training of new equipment.
- Effectively manages instrument implementations projects; assisting customers to perform instrument verification studies.
- Analyze verification study data and prepare statistical reports.
- Present verification data to the customer.
- Complete required documentation according to policies and procedures.
- Work with internal resources and the customer to resolve technical issues. This includes escalating complaints received from the customer to Technical Support, providing all required data and activities following escalation and complaint handling procedures.
