In this role, you will partner with our clients and deliver client service excellence by leading by example. In addition, you will drive high levels of satisfaction and seek out new business opportunities as the main senior point of contact. The Client Services Director will ensure smooth running of client services teams and accountability for meeting the business objectives of the clients both strategically and financially.

You will:

  • Apply a high level of scientific and commercial expertise gained through extensive knowledge and experience of the industry and agencies services to act as true partner to clients
  • Oversee and lead across the company in development of new commercial opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Responsible for overseeing multiple account teams, including the establishment and maintenance of quality standards, cost efficiency and working practices
  • Overall responsibility for the strategic direction, growth and development, financial and resource management, and delivery across the account group teams
  • Ensure that the company’s overall revenue target is achieved
