Summary: The role of Client Programme Manager is a fixed-term contract position focused on enhancing delivery capabilities for clients through strategic leadership and effective project management. Key Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Programme Manager to join us on an interim basis to strengthen our delivery capability, working directly with clients to understand their strategic priorities and ensuring Target is fully aligned and resourced to deliver to their needs.

Experience & Qualifications
You have:
- Proven experience delivering change in a client-facing role
- Strong financial services experience
- A PM qualification (APM, Prince2, or equivalent)
- Experience leading PMs and managing portfolios
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience delivering in outsourced or BPO environments
- Offshore team collaboration
- Exposure to ISO/CMMI
- Agile qualifications and/or MSP certification
