Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Client Operations Analyst to join the team. This role is responsible for supporting client onboarding activities through data enrichment, account administration, reconciliation support, and system access management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and complete onboarding and enrichment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Input, maintain, and validate data across multiple internal systems and applications.
- Create and review cash, position, and market value sheets to support operational processes.
- Gather and analyse information required for market value reconciliations.
- Investigate and escalate discrepancies, exceptions, or data issues to senior team members promptly.
- Ensure team members receive access to required applications and systems.
- Perform peer reviews and quality checks on daily and monthly operational tasks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain information required to complete reconciliations and onboarding activities.
- Monitor and manage a high volume of requests while meeting service level requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is completed in accordance with internal procedures and controls.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and sharing best practices.
