Summary: The Client Onboarding Specialist will join the Front Support Office Client Onboarding Team in Wealth Management Singapore, focusing on providing comprehensive onboarding support to clients and Client Advisors. The role involves facilitating onboarding for various client types while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and managing associated risks. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams to deliver high-quality service and support. Candidates must possess relevant banking experience or a finance-related degree and have a strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Wealth Management Client Advisors and their clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Facilitate onboarding for individuals, companies, trusts, and asset managers.
  • Ensure compliance with MAS 626 guidelines and mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.
  • Address AML/KYC risks and manage complex troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver high-quality service.

Key Skills:

  • Banking experience or a degree in finance-related disciplines.
  • At least 1 year in client onboarding or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and MAS 626 guidelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus, as the role may involve dealing with Mainland China business.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Your new company : You'll join the Front Support Office (FSO) Client Onboarding Team in Wealth Management Singapore, providing comprehensive onboarding support to clients and Client Advisors across various markets.

Your new role

  • Support Wealth Management Client Advisors and their clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Facilitate onboarding for individuals, companies, trusts, and asset managers.
