Summary: The Client Onboarding Project Manager will oversee the onboarding process for strategic NBFI clients within a leading investment banking institution in London. This role involves coordinating with various internal stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert on onboarding processes, and driving improvements in operational setups. The position is a 6-month contract with a hybrid working model, requiring three days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate onboarding for strategic NBFI clients.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across compliance, risk, and business units.
- Act as SME on onboarding processes, systems, and operational setup.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to platform enhancements.
- Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
