Role Overview This is a 2-pronged role focussed on existing client growth. End-to-end marketing lead for key strategic client/s, with priority on Scania initially. Responsible for the data-driven creation & execution of the marketing plan, working with and leading the relevant central teams (i.e. e-comm, web, creative, merch) to deliver on account & BA objectives. Responsible for the liaison & execution of shoots (in studio & off site). Lead for existing client growth outreach. Utilising tech platforms and account team briefs to equip the sales teams with the tools they need to further infiltrate their existing accounts. Executing either through Spotler and / or providing data back to the sales team as appropriate. Tracking & measuring performance & uplift. The role will also act as a key marketing contact for Account Managers and clients, ensuring marketing efforts align with business objectives while freeing up sales teams to focus on revenue generation.

Working in collaboration with e-Commerce marketing manager (plus wider web & creative teams) to utilise data effectively and implement appropriate marketing and content strategies based upon identified gaps and growth opportunities, tailoring to audiences & channels as appropriate. Best in class monthly performance reporting, to demonstrate effectiveness and ROI, creating a blueprint that can be scaled across the organization. Develop & execute email marketing workflows, ensuring content is tailored to client needs and balanced across key accounts. Existing Client Growth Outreach Responsible for the creation & execution of existing client growth infiltration strategy utilising Cognism, Spotler and any CRM platforms. Creation of account specific approach & execution plans based upon account needs. Responsible for all execution through Spotler. Responsible for the tracking & reporting of performance and associated optimisations.
