Client Liaison Administrator (NI Water Contract) Morrow Contracts has been established for over 40 years and is one of the most respected utility and civil engineering companies in Northern Ireland. Working in partnership with NI Water we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team onsite at NI Water offices This is a pivotal role liaising between Meridian / Morrow Contracts and NI Water commercial and residential Customers

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for queries from NI Water. (in person, via email and phone)
  • Liaise with the Meridian / Morrows team to ensure a timely response to client communications
