Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the dedicated finance lead for a high-profile client, overseeing all aspects of financial service delivery.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate preparation of service charge accounts, budgets, and financial reports in line with ARMA/RICS guidelines.
  • Build and maintain a strong client relationship, acting as the main financial point of contact and delivering clear, proactive communication.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines, client requirements, and internal controls across a portfolio of residential developments.
  • Coordinate year-end processes, including audit support, reconciliations, and reserve fund reporting.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support the client’s operational decisions.
  • Possess significant experience in leasehold property accounting, including service charge compliance, Section 21b procedures, and residential block management finance.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Be confident working closely with senior stakeholders, offering a high level of professionalism and commercial awareness.
  • Hold a relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or be qualified by experience in property finance.
  • Proficient in property management accounting systems with advanced Excel skills.
