Your mission Outgoing, customer-focused, and an intuitive sense for Luxury: as the newest RIMOWA member, you'll strengthen our customer relationships and continue to build them through first-class consultations. The connection to our customers doesn't end when they leave the store - as an after-sales professional, you'll continue to be a professional point of contact for all after sales topics.

Profile Your Experience And Skills We are looking forward to your experience in the luxury sector, but also welcome you as a new starter in our team. For advising our international customers, you speak fluent English, ideally you have additional language skills. The customer experience is important to you - you are passionate about selling luxury products.
