An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time fixed-term appointment/clerical officer to join our progressive and developing multi-professional teams within the TRES Services based at TORT Centre, Ninewells Hospital. The post-holder should have good interpersonal skills, with good telephone manner, keyboard skills and computer literacy. Knowledge of booking appointments, processing referrals and working practices of hospital routines would be advantageous, although training will be given.
The hours of this post will be 20 hours per week – Monday to Friday. 10 months Fixed Term/ Secondment Enquiries to Vanessa Bisset. Admin Service Supervisor, Tel: 01382 740129, ext: 40129. Current NHS Tayside employees - written approval must be sought from your line manager prior to applying for this secondment. You will be required to bring this if shortlisted for interview.
