- Oversee the cleaning labour, equipment, and resources budget
- Manage third-party suppliers and contractors as required
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of consumables and cleaning supplies
- Handle customer feedback, including complaints and compliments, professionally and promptly
- Monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Keep the team informed and compliant with any updates to company processes and procedures

About the Role
