Handle telephone inquiries from clients, stakeholders, and third parties about claims to ensure efficient and accurate processing according to policy and legal standards. Build positive relationships with clients, manage their expectations, and deliver appropriate outcomes. Ensure accuracy in all aspects of claims processing, including: Regular updates on vehicle repairs. Organizing and uploading reports/invoices for claims. Reviewing and acting on total loss reports and coordinating vehicle collection. Conducting pre-checks and signing up clients for Open Banking. Handling medical instructions. Assist case handlers with claim tasks to keep the department updated. Accurately record key information for road traffic accidents. Manage overflow of incoming calls and assist with telematics FNOL when required. Ensure compliance with information security policies. Uphold the Core Values of the Winn Group.
