Summary: The Claims Customer Service Executive at Marshmallow is responsible for delivering exceptional service during the motor claims process, ensuring customer needs are met with empathy and efficiency. This role requires adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment. The position involves direct communication with customers, verifying claims, and collaborating with partners to enhance the claims experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding service when a customer makes a motor claim over the phone.
- Collecting and recording accurate details from customers to understand the circumstances of the claim.
- Verifying and monitoring claims received digitally and following up with customers.
- Comparing/validating information given by customers and being alert to fraud concerns.
- Using liability assessment tools and case law to establish liability.
- Selling the benefits of claims services to third-party drivers.
- Using initiative and various tools/databases to locate driver contact details.
- Working a maximum of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
