Our client, a Local Authority is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their legal services team on a locum basis, for an anticipated minimum period of 6 months.
This role is offered on a hybrid or remote working basis, and candidates seeking a full or part-time working pattern will be considered.
Responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Lawyer:
The successful Civil Litigation will be responsible for a holding a mixed caseload of matters which may include;
- Judicial Reviews
- Commercial disputes
- Debt recovery
- Insolvency
Experience required for the Civil Litigation Lawyer:
