- Maintain a strong focus on quality and a “Right-First-Time” approach.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and documentation related to inspection activities.
- Monitor and review material test certificates and ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Verify compliance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Ensure preservation and traceability of materials throughout the project.
- Witness manufacturing activities and conduct occasional off-site inspections.
- Ensure completion and proper storage of manufacturing record books.
- Provide feedback for supplier performance evaluations.
Key Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Inspection / QA/QC.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Civil Engineering industry, ideally on similar large-scale projects.
- Previous experience in QC inspection is essential.
- Background in oil & gas, petrochemical, or major infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
