- Mentor Graduate Civil Engineers and apprentices, supporting their development
- Liaise with internal and external teams to secure project approvals
- Visit sites to carry out audits and provide guidance to contractors
Key Skills:
- HNC, HND, or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in a Civil Engineer role with ability to manage your own deliverables
- Strong understanding of industry standards and specifications
- Knowledge and practical application of CDM 2015
- Experience in design, construction, or maintenance of infrastructure and non-infrastructure assets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Right to work in the UK without restrictions
