What will you be doing?
Deliver civil engineering design packages across water sector projects
Produce and review design calculations, specifications and technical documentation
Develop detailed civil designs for non-infrastructure water projects
Collect, analyse and manage technical information
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients and other stakeholders
Support delivery against programme, budget, quality and technical requirements
Review designs and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with relevant standards
Provide technical support and knowledge sharing across the wider engineering team
What will you need?
BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering
Previous experience in civil design and detailed engineering
Water sector experience, particularly non-infrastructure projects, is highly desirable
Experience working within a design and build environment
Strong understanding of relevant civil engineering standards and practices
Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
Strong technical documentation and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality engineering outputs
Chartered Engineer status or active progression towards chartership would be advantageous
