Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user issues and see through to resolution.
  • Maintain issues list in conjunction with Project / Test Manager.
  • Update Windows 11 build as and when required.
  • Document fixes in the firms corporate documentation management system (Confluence).
  • Work with other Citrix team members to resolve issues as and when required.

Key Skills:

  • In-Depth Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (MCS, StoreFront, Provisioning) experience.
  • NetScaler Gateway / Load Balancing / GSLB.
  • In-Depth Windows 11 image creation experience.
  • General application troubleshooting.
  • Office 365 (Office apps, Teams).
  • Active Directory.
  • Group Policy.
  • DNS.
  • DHCP.
  • App-V Package troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communicator (must be comfortable dealing with senior management).
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a team or individually.

Citrix Engineer - Administration & Support

A Leading Financial Services Business are looking to hire a Citrix Engineer - with specific knowledge and experience working on user, Desktop/Documentation upgrades.

  • 6 month initial contract (scope to roll)
  • £400 - £500pd via Umbrella company (Inside IR35)
  • Based in London, City.
  • Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office minimum per week
  • MUST HAVE - Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and experience working in the Financial industry
