Summary: The Citrix Engineer role involves joining a global insurance broker on a hybrid working contract, focusing on Citrix and virtual desktop technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate extensive experience working as an infrastructure engineer (or similar) with an emphasis on Citrix and virtual desktop technology
- Experience of deploying Citrix Cloud workloads in Azure for 100s/1000s users
- Experience with MCS multi session and single session environments
- Understanding of multi-language Citrix environments
- Excellent knowledge of Citrix policies
- Excellent knowledge of FSLogix, implementation and support
- Hands on experience of troubleshooting end user Citrix performance issues and errors
- Extensive experience working with multi-site and multi-forest Active Directory environments, group policy and DNS
- Extensive experience working with common Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure, M365, Azure AD & Intune
- Extensive experience working with Windows desktop, including all levels of troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate examples of similar successful positions in the past
- Be highly collaborative with the current team, management structure and business leaders
- Demonstrate a very high level of customer service and empathy to the customer issues
- Be an excellent all-round communicator through verbal and written communication.

Our client, a global Insurance broker, are currently looking to hire a Citrix Engineer to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis. This role would be Outside IR35.
