Summary: We are looking for a Cisco Collaboration Consultant with active DV clearance to support a high-profile programme in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deployment, and support of Cisco collaboration solutions.
- Implementation and configuration across voice, video, and unified communications platforms.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and security teams in a secure environment.
- Producing technical documentation and knowledge transfer where required.
Key Skills:
- Active DV clearance (mandatory).
- Strong experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies, including: CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), Cisco Unity Connection, UCCX / Contact Centre solutions, Cisco Expressway, Webex (Calling, Meetings, Messaging).
- Experience in secure or government environments is highly desirable.
- Proven consulting or project delivery background.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
