Summary: The Cifas Project Manager role involves leading the Cifas Vision project, which focuses on enhancing fraud detection and intelligence sharing within security operations. The position requires a delivery-focused Technical Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage technical dependencies to ensure the timely delivery of a secure and compliant solution. The project manager will also be responsible for risk management and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and post-implementation review.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders (Security, IT, Legal, Compliance, Data Governance) and external partners (Cifas, vendors, integrators).
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure technical feasibility, integration, and data security.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and resource forecasts.
  • Ensure the solution aligns with regulatory, data protection, and internal security standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including the CSO and programme steering committees.
  • Support training, communications, and adoption strategies across impacted teams.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering complex technical projects, ideally in fraud prevention, security, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, API management, and secure data handling.
  • Familiarity with Cifas or similar fraud intelligence platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Role Overview

This role will be pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing technical dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of a secure, scalable, and compliant solution.
