Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload within CP, CIN, and LAC

  • Maintain timely and accurate records using LiquidLogic
  • Work in partnership with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals
  • Represent the local authority at multi-agency meetings and court, where required
  • Ensure all work adheres to statutory guidance and best practice frameworks

Key Skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
  • Minimum 2 years’ post-qualifying experience in statutory children’s services
  • Skilled in risk assessment, planning, and direct work
  • Able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
