Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload within CP, CIN, and LAC
- Undertake holistic assessments, care planning, and reviews
- Maintain timely and accurate records using LiquidLogic
- Work in partnership with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals
- Represent the local authority at multi-agency meetings and court, where required
- Ensure all work adheres to statutory guidance and best practice frameworks
Key Skills:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualifying experience in statutory children’s services
- Skilled in risk assessment, planning, and direct work
- Able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
