Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of children subject to child protection plans, children in need, and those who are looked after.
- Undertake assessments and statutory visits in line with national and local safeguarding procedures.
- Develop and implement robust care plans in partnership with children, families, and multi-agency professionals.
- Prepare high-quality reports and present evidence in court proceedings where required.
- Contribute to child protection conferences, looked-after reviews, and core group meetings.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, agencies, and families to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.
