About the opportunity
Team Manager for Leaving Care leads a team of social workers and personal advisors within Children’s Services. Team Managers in Rotherham are the lynch pins in our organisation for within Leaving Care Team Managers lead and support our people in the field carry out the day-to-day support and guidance of young people making the transition into adulthood.
Reporting to Service Managers, our Team Managers play a crucial role, dealing with staff at all levels, interpreting and communicating feedback and providing an important, positive interface for their practitioners, in a multi-agency environment.
