Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure actions are completed and social workers are supported.
  • Devise and manage a system to monitor and complete all audit actions.
  • Sample and quality assure audits and actions undertaken in all services.
  • Disseminate learning from audit work across services through written formats and development sessions.
  • Collate good practice from audits for reports and development sessions.
  • Use learning from quality assurance activities to contribute to service learning and development plans.

Key Skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Qualified Social Worker.
