Key Responsibilities:
- Designing interventions that promote positive wellbeing and support academic engagement.
- Preparing young people to meet their bespoke Transition Targets.
- Reporting progress, successful strategies, and safeguarding concerns.
- Carrying out risk assessments to ensure student safety.
- Occasional attendance at multi-agency meetings.
- Keeping up to date with trends in education and current official guidance.
Key Skills:
