Childcare Paralegal

Summary: The role of Childcare Paralegal involves supporting solicitors in care proceedings for a local authority in Reading. Key Responsibilities:

• Support solicitors with care proceedings including drafting applications - C110A, C2 Applications, Consent forms, Letters of Instruction, Briefs to Counsel.
• Liaise with social workers, experts, and other parties.
• Attend Advocates meetings and Pre-Hearing Discussions.
• Handle private matters related to adoption, S.7 and S.37, with direct contact with social workers and courts regarding cases.
