OMNES is a contemporary fashion brand built around strong product, accessible pricing and responsible production. Founded in London, the business operates across DTC, retail and strategic wholesale partnerships, with ambitious plans for continued UK and international growth. We are entering a key stage of scale and are looking for an exceptional operator to help professionalise and grow the business while maintaining the entrepreneurial pace and culture that has driven the brand to date.

The Role

We are looking for a high-calibre COO to act as the operational and commercial lead of the business alongside the Founder & CEO. This role is effectively the number two at OMNES - responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the company, driving execution across all departments and helping scale the business into its next phase of growth. The COO will work closely with the Founder & CEO on overall business strategy, organisational development and commercial performance, while taking ownership of operational execution, business performance, infrastructure and leadership alignment across the company. This is not a traditional operations-only COO role. We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with operational excellence and who can operate as a true business leader within a fast-paced founder-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the business across departments.
• Drive operational and commercial performance across the company.
• Oversee supply chain, logistics, warehousing, fulfilment and customer operations.
• Partner closely with Finance, Buying, Merchandising and E-commerce teams.
• Build scalable operational infrastructure and reporting.
• Support retail growth and international expansion.
• Develop leadership capability and accountability across teams.
