Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior financial leadership within complex organizations, ideally in the public sector.
- Manage transformation, risk, and commercial governance.
- Lead Finance, Commercial, and Economics functions.
- Act as Lead Executive for Audit & Risk and Chair of Finance and Investment Committees.
- Deliver value-for-money and ensure compliance with Managing Public Money.
- Drive procurement strategy and commercial assurance.
- Influence stakeholders at board/government level.
- Prepare high-level reporting including annual accounts and statutory returns.
Key Skills:
- Senior financial leadership experience in complex organizations.
- Proven track record in managing transformation, risk, and commercial governance.
- Strong understanding of public sector finance and governance frameworks.
- Fully qualified accountant (CCAB, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience in strategic financial management and governance.
