Summary: The Chief Cloud Architect/Azure Enterprise Systems will lead a high-impact architecture team focused on a large-scale technology transformation program, specifically in the implementation of enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. This role involves designing Azure cloud services, developing enterprise-level strategies, and engaging with domain experts to ensure alignment with transformation objectives. The architect will also communicate architectural decisions to senior stakeholders and represent architecture in working groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and building Azure cloud services aligned with transformation objectives.
• Develop enterprise-level strategies and frameworks covering a wide range of domains, e.g., patching, APIs/integration, monitoring, IdAM.
• Leading discovery and analysis and developing Azure-based solutions in response to the current and target state of the technology landscape.
• Engaging with domain experts across infrastructure, security, data, and operations.
• Communicating architectural decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Representing architecture in working groups, gaining buy-ins and approvals from senior stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Deep knowledge of Azure architecture including tenants, management groups, subscriptions, hub-spoke connectivity, monitoring, etc.
• Ability to work on both Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture levels.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Confident managing senior stakeholders and facilitating strategic architectural discussions.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to various aspects of cloud architecture including cloud resilience, security, cost/FinOps, performance, etc.

Chief Cloud Architect/Azure Enterprise Systems - is required to join a high-impact architecture leadership team driving a large-scale technology transformation programme and to lead architecture and implementation of enterprise scale Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
