Summary: The role of Chef de Projet / Référent Applicatif - IT COMPLIANCE involves leading IT compliance projects within Crédit Agricole CIB, focusing on the management and delivery of data services for compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project schedules, budget estimates, risk tracking, and project reporting.
  • Manage IT development activities on-shore/offshore, including specifications, testing, and production deployment.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among business, IT, production, security, and suppliers.
  • Oversee the transition from BUILD to RUN, ensuring operational support for applications.
  • Maintain project documentation and data platform architecture.
  • Address platform obsolescence and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Implement company security policies in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Contribute to IT communities and initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Significant experience as a project manager and application referent in data/application projects within compliance in an investment banking environment.
  • Expertise in compliance domains (market abuse and/or financial security).
  • Knowledge of investment banking IT systems and IT security issues.
  • Proficiency in project methodologies (Agile, V-cycle) and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with data architectures and containerization principles (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of cloud architectures.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and ability to lead workshops.
  • Autonomous with initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
