Summary: The role of Chef de projet MOA involves leading and coordinating projects within the Smart Conso business unit at Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility. The position requires managing project phases from planning to execution, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and maintaining high-quality deliverables. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of consumer credit services and enhance the operational capabilities of the organization. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's ambition to lead in electric mobility solutions across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pilot and coordinate projects from A to Z, including scoping, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and draft necessary deliverables such as needs expressions and specifications.
• Ensure or coordinate testing phases, including test plan development, execution, anomaly analysis, and validation.
• Guarantee client satisfaction and the quality of deliverables.
• Contribute to the construction and maintenance of the documentation base for the department's activities.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of successful project management experience in a demanding environment.
• Knowledge of the banking sector, particularly consumer credit, is a plus.
• Expertise in testing methodologies, including testing tools and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
