Summary: The role of Chef de projet / Administrateur technique SIRH involves overseeing technical transformations across all HR processes within LCL's HR Operations and Services department. The position requires participation in the technical analysis and detailed design of complex HRIS projects, ensuring compliance with architectural choices, and managing infrastructure. The candidate will also be responsible for documentation and deployment strategy, as well as maintaining operational conditions of the HRIS. This position is not managerial and requires significant experience in infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the technical analysis and detailed design of complex HRIS projects
- Design and develop data flows between various applications
- Structure databases and manage infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with design and architecture choices
- Calibrate, measure, and alert on technical adequacy with expected evolutions
- Provide prerequisites for testing to validate solution compliance with functional specifications
- Draft various deliverables at each project phase, including technical specifications and architecture documentation
- Participate in defining the technical deployment strategy
- Monitor production and maintain operational conditions of the HRIS
Key Skills:
- Minimum education level: Bac + 5 / M2 or higher
- Specialization in Engineering School
- 6-10 years of confirmed experience in infrastructure development
- Strong knowledge of architectures and technologies for system integration (API standards, synchronous-asynchronous approaches, security, performance)
- Ability to work in Agile mode
- Strong initiative, analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
- Excellent writing, analytical, and synthesis skills
- Proactive and adaptable personality
