Key Responsibilities:

• Project management of civil engineering schemes, housing, and building developments.
• Management of workload and staff.
• Liaising with consultancy design and project management teams to deliver effective client services.
• Potential travel between RPS offices in Northern Ireland and the UK for work package coordination.
• Business development and preparation of marketing submissions.
• Preparing and checking detailed technical and non-technical reports.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in civil engineering projects, particularly in highways and drainage.
• Experience working with a diverse range of UK and ROI clients.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civils 3D.
• Experience with project management software (MS Project).
• Experience in contract administration, BoQs, and NEC 3/4.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Full driving licence.
• MEng/BEng or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Chartered Membership or near Chartered status (ICE, IEI, CILT or equivalent) is advantageous.
