Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct work with young people exposed to harmful sexual behavior.
- Write academic assessments and reports in accordance with Aim 3 Framework.
- Provide training and presentations to professionals.
- Guide professionals towards best practices through multi-agency consultation.
- Implement safeguarding practices, including contextual and intrafamilial concerns.
- Travel as required for the role.
- Design need-based interventions for neurodivergent children.
- Work therapeutically using motivational interviewing and solution-focused approaches.
Key Skills:
- Aim 3 qualified practitioner.
- Extensive knowledge of harmful sexual behavior (HSB) and child sexual abuse (CSA).
- Experience in writing academic assessments and reports.

We are working on behalf of a charity who is looking for a Project Worker to work with them on a temporary, short-term basis on a project involving young people who have been exposed to harmful sexual behaviour. Please find below more details on the person that they require for the role. Project Worker Aim 3 Qualified (Practitioner delivering direct work must be Aim 3 trained) Extensive knowledge of HSB (essential knowledge of tech assisted, sibling and peer harms) Experience in writing academic assessments and reports (in accordance with Aim 3 Framework) Sound Knowledge of CSA (general/all types) Ability to deliver training/presentations Experience guiding professionals to best practice/Multi Agency consultation Extensive knowledge of safeguarding in practice to include contextual and intrafamilial concerns Willingness to travel - Essential Knowledge of trauma informed practice - Essential Sound understanding and knowledge of working with neurodivergent children with experience in designing need-based intervention - Desirable Experience working therapeutically and with motivational interviewing and solution-focused approaches - Desirable Possess a qualification working therapeutically with children Start Date As soon as possible with the assignment running for 10 weeks but potentially longer Location: Worcestershire Hybrid/working from home Hours Between 12 and 37 hours What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
