Attached to the reporting service - financial statements, you will be responsible for the production of annual reports, periodic information of OPCVM on behalf of management companies, in compliance with regulations and deadlines imposed by it.
More specifically, you are the direct contact for clients; you ensure presentations and information to clients in response to their requests; you collect data from clients and internal services and format the information according to a template; you produce financial statements taking into account the specificities of the funds you are involved with; you control the consistency of the information...
With a higher education specialized in accounting/finance, management or banking (minimum Bac+3), you have acquired a first experience in banking or market finance and want to familiarize yourself with financial markets.
Knowledge of financial instruments is a plus, especially OPCVM, and you are comfortable with the use of IT tools such as Word (formatting, table of contents, footer, mail merge...) and Excel (for example: table, pivot tables, advanced functions...).
You are recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, analytical mind, and good adaptability. Furthermore, you demonstrate great availability, good team spirit, and curiosity.
We offer you the opportunity to join a well-known structure recognized for its expertise and to hold a responsible position interacting with various services. This position is to be filled from November 2026 as part of a fixed-term contract of at least 6 months, possibly renewable.
Fixed remuneration between €37K and €42K depending on the profile + participation. Partial telework possible up to 2 days a week with the agreement of your manager.
