Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the monitoring of the annual control plan through the application of defined compliance and permanent control processes;
• Develop and update internal procedures and various mappings;
• Participate in ensuring that all employees understand and adhere to regulations;
• Assist in preparing second-level control summary notes, observations, recommendations, and action plans;
• Contribute to the preparation of instruction files for the AMF (creation, mutation, merger, absorption of funds, etc.);
• Participate in regulatory monitoring;
• Communicate with various asset management departments.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in permanent control or a similar position;
• AMF certification preferred;
• Knowledge of discretionary management;
