Summary: The Chargé d'Affaires Spéciales - Risques Entreprises is responsible for managing corporate clients facing significant risk situations within LCL, a national bank in France. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial, operational, and legal risks of distressed client dossiers to establish strategic diagnostics.
  • Define and implement risk and commercial policies in collaboration with management.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to defend LCL's interests in risk situations.
  • Interact with various business lines and support functions regarding defined risk and commercial policies.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients while adhering to group procedures.
  • Participate in weekly Regional Risk Committees (C2R) and present client dossiers for review.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC and KYB requirements and participate in various client reviews.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of risk management, particularly with distressed companies.
  • Legal knowledge related to handling distressed enterprises.
  • Ability to model business plans based on justified economic and financial assumptions.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
