Summary: The Chargé d'Affaires Spéciales - Risques Entreprises is responsible for managing corporate clients facing significant risk situations within LCL, a national bank in France. The role involves analyzing financial, operational, and legal risks, implementing risk strategies, and negotiating with various stakeholders to protect the bank's interests. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial, operational, and legal risks of distressed client dossiers to establish strategic diagnostics.
- Define and implement risk and commercial policies in collaboration with management.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to defend LCL's interests in risk situations.
- Interact with various business lines and support functions regarding defined risk and commercial policies.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of clients while adhering to group procedures.
- Participate in weekly Regional Risk Committees (C2R) and present client dossiers for review.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and KYB requirements and participate in various client reviews.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of risk management, particularly with distressed companies.
- Legal knowledge related to handling distressed enterprises.
- Ability to model business plans based on justified economic and financial assumptions.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
